Neurosting pouches and Sleep Strips are dietary supplements. Royale Repair products are cosmetics for external use only. None of them are drugs. Nothing on this Site is medical advice, and no statement here has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

If you send us a review, photo or testimonial you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it in our marketing, and you confirm it is yours and truthful. We may remove any submission.

Except for the express 30-day money-back guarantee, the Site and products are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute not resolved informally within 30 days of written notice to info@peptidebuzz.com will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or conducted remotely at your election. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Disputes are arbitrated only on an individual basis; class actions are waived. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing info@peptidebuzz.com within 30 days of your first order.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version here. The version in force when you order governs that order.
