Returns and Refunds

If you are not happy with any product, email info@peptidebuzz.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We refund the product price to the original card. No return shipment required on opened consumables; we may ask for unopened items back at our cost.

Refunds post within 5 to 10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours. Wholesale and practice orders follow the terms of their account agreement.
