All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and we do not issue refunds once an order has been placed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returned merchandise under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Undelivered Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or your package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us at support@peptidebuzz.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo where applicable. We will send a replacement at no cost to you. Replacements are the sole remedy available; refunds are not issued.

Order Changes

Once an order is submitted it enters fulfillment immediately and cannot be modified or cancelled. Please double-check your order and shipping address before checking out.
