Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of peptidebuzz.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Peptide Buzz, a brand operated by Peptide Pure LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Please read Section 6 (Assumption of Risk) and Section 13 (Dispute Resolution) carefully — they affect your legal rights.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to use the Site and purchase our products. By placing an order, you represent that you are 21 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Our products
Peptide Buzz offers two product lines: the Royale Repair cosmetic skincare line (Tallow Balm, SNAP-8 Serum, and the Royale Ritual Duo), which are cosmetic products for external use only; and the Neurosting pouches and Sleep Strips. Product descriptions, ingredients, and images are provided for general information. We work to describe products and pricing accurately but do not warrant that all content is error-free.
3. Orders, pricing, and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. Payment is due at purchase and is processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse, cancel, or limit any order — including orders that appear fraudulent or are placed at an incorrect price. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund of that order. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the products to the carrier.
4. Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return Policy, both incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: we ship within the United States via USPS, and all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges or issue refunds, except that damaged, incorrect, or undelivered orders are eligible for a replacement as described in the Return Policy.
5. Lawful use
You are responsible for ensuring your purchase and use of our products is lawful in your jurisdiction. You agree not to purchase on behalf of a minor and not to resell or redistribute products in violation of any applicable law.
6. Assumption of risk; product acknowledgments
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that: cosmetic products are for external cosmetic use only — patch-test before use and discontinue if irritation occurs; for the Neurosting pouches and Sleep Strips, you have reviewed the product descriptions and use the products only as directed, and accept full responsibility for your use of them; statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease; and you assume all risk associated with the purchase, handling, and use of the products to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing on the Site is medical advice — consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
7. Reviews and user content
If you submit reviews or other content, you grant Peptide Pure LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You are responsible for the content you submit, and we may remove content at our discretion.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, images, logos, product photography, and design — is owned by Peptide Pure LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our prior written permission.
9. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the Site’s operation, scrape or harvest data, or misrepresent your identity or age.
10. Disclaimers of warranties
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPTIDE PURE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peptide Pure LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use or misuse of the products or Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Dispute resolution; arbitration and class-action waiver
Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@peptidebuzz.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Binding arbitration. Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court. Class-action waiver. Claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as part of any class or representative proceeding. Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of your first purchase with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.”
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 13, any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
15. General
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date; continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us. You may not assign these Terms; we may. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
